Nursing Aide - East - WC3

• Assist doctors and registered nurses with simple procedures and treatments under supervision.
• Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound dressing, documenting, monitoring, and recording residents' observations and vital signs, and report any changes to the registered nurse.
• Supervise and assist residents with their daily needs, including personal grooming and daily activities, and escort them to outings or medical appointments.
