Ocean Freight Pricing Specialist

• Provide ocean market analysis and advisory services to support sales teams
• Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal and external partners
• Focus on and support Trade Lane growth initiatives
• Monitor price trends in the Asia region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple carriers
• Negotiate ocean freight rates for Intra-Asia and global trades, specifically for LG/LX group and MNC accounts, working with ocean carriers’ HQ, RHQ, and local offices
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in ocean freight within the international freight forwarding industry, 3PL, or ocean container liners
• Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates
• Experience managing ocean products, especially for Asia to Europe, Mediterranean, and Africa trade routes
• Ability to analyze market information related to ocean liners
