Presales Consultant (IT Devices/ Automation & Robotic/ Imaging & Lens System)

Job Overview:

Provide end-to-end New Business Solutions support to the Account Management Team, ensuring customer requirements are met while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support pre-sales activities for New Business Solutions, including Mobotix cameras, Vision AI, AMR automation, and automated storage & retrieval systems.
2. Design and conceptualize tailored solutions based on customer needs.
3. Develop proposals and respond to RFI/RFP/Tenders with cutting-edge solutions.
4. Manage and support demo, proof-of-concept (POC), and implementation activities.
5. Oversee the deployment and commissioning of projects to meet customer expectations.
6. Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to pursue new business opportunities.
7. Represent the company at events, trade shows, and workshops, showcasing solutions through presentations and demonstrations.
8. Evaluate and acquire new solutions to enhance the current business portfolio.
9. Manage the implementation of third-party solutions effectively.
10. Provide post-sales technical support to customers.
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of pre-sales solutioning experience in relevant fields.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Camera/CCTV surveillance is highly preferred; background in robotic automation or industrial solutions is a plus.
