Preschool Centre Lead - South Area

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations from the outset, in accordance with local regulatory agencies.
• Work closely with relevant agencies to maintain all required regulatory standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to teachers, fostering a collaborative approach to teaching, learning, and evaluation, with a focus on enhancing performance and competencies.
• Lead the development of the school’s objectives, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals and educational standards.
• Oversee the preparation and management of the school’s budget, ensuring effective control over expenditures.
• Supervise the allocation of funds for essential purchases and resources.
• Maintain precise financial records, including tracking income and expenses.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly financial reports to the board and senior management.

Requirements:

• A degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing preschool centers.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
