Preschool Principal - (Punggol)

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with ECDA regulations.
• Lead, supervise, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
• Design, implement, and review age-appropriate curricula aligned with the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF) and ECDA guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with parents, provide regular updates on children's progress, and organize community events.
• Contribute to long-term planning, setting goals, and driving improvements for the preschool.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, offering training opportunities for staff development.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or equivalent).
• Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership.
• 5 years of experience in early childhood education.
• At least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven leadership and management abilities, including staff supervision, training, and performance appraisals.
