Preschool Vice Principal - Multiple location - WC2

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with ECDA standards.
• Lead and manage the teaching and administrative teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement curriculum plans to support children's holistic learning.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children’s growth and development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and the community through effective communication and engagement.
• Manage administrative functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL).
• At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of ECDA regulations and EYDF.
