Preschool Vice Principal - North-East - WC3

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall preschool operations, ensuring compliance with ECDA standards.
• Lead and manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement the curriculum and educational programs.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children.
• Communicate with parents and the community, fostering positive relationships.
• Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting, resource management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
• Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL).
• 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ECDA regulations and EYDF.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
