Process & Production Optimization

• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing current plant processes, identifying gaps, and proposing enhancements to HQ for approval and implementation.
• Lead the execution of new or revised processes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective adoption.
• Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate into incidents.
• Ensure plant operations are aligned with design specifications for optimal efficiency and safety.
• Take the lead in conducting Risk Assessments and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to mitigate operational risks.

PDCA Cycle & Operational Monitoring

• Rigorously apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to all process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and briefings to monitor performance and maintain process discipline.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Act as a mentor and trainer for engineers, facilitating the transfer of knowledge on new or updated processes.
• Deliver training sessions for technicians to ensure proper understanding and execution of revised procedures.
• Provide continuous guidance and support to ensure the engineering team maintains high levels of proficiency and technical capability.
