Process Engineer (Laser / Semiconductor Industry)

• Establish processes, system specifications, and input-output parameters to ensure hardware and software compatibility.
• Develop device qualification procedures and applications to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective process solutions.
• Provide technical training to customers during new product or process implementations, equipment buyoff, and post-sales troubleshooting.
• Assist in the development of engineering plans and programs.
• May require field visits or travel as needed.
