Job Posting for Process Technician (Chemical / West) at WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Ensure Smooth Operation of the Production Plant

  • Follow established work SOPs
  • Observe safety rules and 5S practices
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and upkeep of equipment
  • Assist in maintenance and operation of production machinery
  • Load/unload ISO tankers and raw materials
  • Sort chemical waste, manage waste transfer, and stockkeeping
  • Collect process data
  • Perform routine plant logging
  • Conduct site walks to identify abnormalities
  • Weigh and charge materials (PA & RE)
  • Assist Team Leader in troubleshooting plant issues
  • Conduct grade change cleaning activities (PA & RE)
  • Perform confined space tank cleaning (PA & RE)
  • Clean reactors (PA)
  • Collect gas and product samples using gas chromatography (RE)
  • Perform weekly pH meter calibration (CHE & PA)
