• Help plan the annual calendar of active aging activities for seniors and coordinate the events.
• Assist in evaluating programs and conducting phone interviews/surveys to gather feedback.
• Handle queries and provide information or referrals to services for seniors.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and supplies, and assist with procurement when necessary.
• Support the Programme Executive in managing program budgets and resources.
• Maintain databases for programs and activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
