Project Engineer (based at project site / 5.5 days)- WC2

• Oversee and manage assigned projects, including resource planning and requisition of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring projects stay on schedule and addressing deviations as needed.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for project updates, approvals, and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely delivery of materials and facilitate project handovers to customers.
• Administer contracts, manage claims, and finalize accounts.
• Train new project staff, assign tasks, and supervise subcontractor work.
• Enforce safety standards, address on-site issues, and inspect materials for quality compliance.
• Conduct quality checks, plan projects, manage material requisitions, and maintain stock levels.
• Develop and implement Quality Plans, ensuring all work follows approved drawings and instructions.

Requirements:
