Project Manager (M&E) - ACMV/Plumbing

• Project Planning: Define the project’s scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  Identify key project dependencies and critical paths.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team comprising developers, designers, marketers, and other professionals.Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring clear accountability for their completion.
  Promote a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.Track financial performance and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges to project success and develop strategies to mitigate them.Actively address issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and vendors.Provide regular updates on project progress, status, and any obstacles.
  Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  
• Timeline and Milestone Tracking: Monitor and assess project progress against set timelines and milestones.Adjust project plans as needed to stay on track and accommodate changes in scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Posess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
