Project Manager (M&E Firm - Data Centre Projects)

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from tender to completion.
• Preferably experienced in leading a team of 10-15 members, including Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Coordinators, Drawing Managers, Drafters, and others.
• Review and supervise drawing submissions.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for materials.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure effective collaboration.
• Plan and sequence work to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, owners, and consultants regarding project requirements and timelines.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise throughout the project.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, meets quality standards, and stays within budget.
• Bring relevant experience to successfully complete the project within time and cost parameters.
• Control the project budget, manage expenses, and oversee cash flow.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Well versed in testing & commissioning requirements in CX T&C requirements of Data Centres
• Possess technical, financial, project and contract management knowledge
