Public Relations Officer (Construction)

• Assist in executing public relations initiatives aligned with the master work program to achieve project objectives.
• Manage and respond to public feedback and complaints professionally, providing full support on media and public relations matters related to the contract.
• Develop and distribute advance notices, updates, and informational materials (pamphlets, letters, etc.) to the public, ensuring compliance with authority approvals.
• Plan and conduct outreach activities for residents, businesses, and other stakeholders to inform them about construction impacts before each phase begins.
• Arrange and participate in meetings with the project team on public relations matters as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing feedback, complaints, and corresponding actions taken.
• Organize defect inspections in response to stakeholder concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Record, track, and follow up on public feedback until closure.
• Conduct site visits to address public concerns and manage issues related to the project.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with the public throughout all construction phases.
• Perform other public relations responsibilities as assigned by management.
