Purchasing Executive (Laser Industry)

• Excellence written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate tasks across multiple functions and global locations.
• Sourcing new suppliers, negotiate favorable terms on quality, price, delivery, and services for both existing and new projects.
• Prepare purchase orders and track product deliveries.
• Manage daily operational purchasing activities, including planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders, deliveries, and schedules.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external parties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
