QA Manager (Manufacturing / East / Morning Shift)

• Lead the QA/QC team to drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
• Support operational quality activities, including reviewing and assessing quality requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain ISO 9001 compliance.
• Conduct regular audits, Gemba walks, and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality control issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective, preventive, and containment actions using 8D methodology.
• Maintain quality control documentation and equipment calibration records.
• Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards before release.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate quality control procedures across business operations.
• Train and guide QA/QC staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure all quality control activities comply with ISO standards and company policies.
• Manage customer feedback and provide timely responses.
• Implement FMEA in daily operations to assess risk levels and apply preventive measures.
• Develop safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct safety audits.
