Quality Assurance Executive (Food industry)

• Assist in implementing and managing food safety programs (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance initiatives across both the Central Kitchen and outlets, locally and internationally.
• Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling practices.
• Support the QA testing program and contribute to new product development efforts.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Address and investigate feedback from customers, outlets, and the Central Kitchen.
• Ensure adherence to all SOPs at the Central Kitchen and outlets.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve maintenance issues related to food safety and quality assurance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food and beverage industry.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
