Regional Sales Manager (Semiconductor & Storage Products) - WC2

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with strong industry experience to lead sales growth and strategic initiatives in the semiconductor memory module and distribution sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and logistics partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
• Manage the regional sales budget, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor expenses to optimize profitability.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance product positioning, pricing, and overall sales strategy.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT, semiconductor distribution, or related B2B industries.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, memory modules (DDR4/DDR5), and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Willing to travel internationally as required.
