Sales Executive (Japan MNC/ Printing & IT Devices)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Effectively communicate the value of printing and IT services.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals.
• Clearly present the company's value proposition to clients.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Sales experience in IT, office automation, or a related industry is a plus.
• Proactive, driven, and eager to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Tech-savvy and preferably owns a vehicle.
• Passionate about customer engagement and delivering excellent service
