Sales Manager (Project & Export/ Household Electronic Products)

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in two key areas: project sales for premium kitchen appliances and the development and management of overseas distributors to enhance sales growth and strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Project Sales

• Engage with developers and consultants to present compelling proposals for our premium kitchen appliances, including hobs, hoods, ovens, refrigerators, and wine chillers.
• Identify and develop business opportunities, establishing new partnerships to expand market reach.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
• Oversee the entire project sales process, from initial specifications to deal closure.

Export Sales

• Drive sales growth among distributors by implementing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and expand into new markets through networking and relationship-building with potential partners.
• Work closely with marketing and technical teams to provide necessary support to distributors.

Administrative

• Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
• Provide regular updates on sales progress and market insights to leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience; experience in project sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, a dynamic personality, and the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience in business planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Comfortable to overseas travelling.
