Sales Support Executive (West / 5 days / Gasket) - WC2

• Process sales orders efficiently, providing customers with order acknowledgments and tracking details.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices/DTIN to facilitate customer payments (if applicable).
• Apply contract pricing to orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and agreed payment terms.
• Generate and send Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgments and updates.
• Input relevant information into SAP upon receiving supplier acknowledgments.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payments for smooth supplier deliveries.
• Work closely with Operations & Production Teams to fulfill urgent requests promptly.
• Create part codes in IMS when no existing codes are available.
• Handle sample requests and submit them for approval as required.
• Initiate credit note requests and complete GCM forms when necessary.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, Mechanical or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering products (especially gasket/sealing-related products) is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
