Senior / Staff Nurse (Inpatient) - WC03

• Deliver safe, competent, and individualized nursing care while maintaining documentation, treatment, patient monitoring, and infection control standards.
• Allocate equipment and resources to meet patient care needs.
• Build rapport with patients and caregivers, ensuring effective communication.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, provide direct nursing care, and serve as a liaison between families and medical teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines for drug and medical supply storage.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and support families in managing advanced illnesses.
• Administer medications, perform wound dressing, and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain proper documentation, report incidents, and uphold patient safety.
• Promote responsible use of equipment and medical supplies.
• Uphold confidentiality, maintain a safe patient environment, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and ethical guidelines.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvements in nursing practices.
• Stay updated on industry guidelines and enhance job-related skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
