Technical Manager (Home / Kitchen Appliances)

• Support the Technical Director in overseeing the company's in-house technicians and service partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product quality and service issues by providing technical guidance and performing service tasks as needed.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly reports based on customer feedback regarding the company's products.
• Identify and resolve product quality concerns in collaboration with partners or suppliers.
• Engage with statutory authorities on standards, policies, and product-related matters.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance departmental productivity.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Technical Director.
