Key Responsibilities
Full Set of Accounts Management Maintain and manage the company's full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy in monthly and yearly financial reporting.
GST Compliance and Reporting Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Sales Report Analysis Conduct monthly analysis of sales reports, comparing actual performance against forecasted figures to identify trends and variances.
Accounts Payable Administration Inform vendors upon payment processing and maintain an updated list of payables, including staff claims, to ensure timely disbursement.
Accounts Receivable Reconciliation Verify and reconcile amounts received by Sales staff from customers, ensuring accuracy in collections.
Invoice Creation and Issuance Prepare and issue invoices as required, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of transactions.
Payment Preparation and Processing Prepare and execute online payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
Invoice Monitoring and Follow-Up Track unpaid invoices and liaise with Sales personnel or relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collection of payments.
Food Stall Sales Accounting Reconcile sales transactions from the company’s food stall, including cash reconciliation and issuance of float money for the cash register.
Petty Cash Management
Process and handle petty cash claims for staff while maintaining proper documentation and controls.
11. Accounting Software Data Entry
Enter financial data into the accounting software system, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
12. Tax Schedule Preparation
Prepare the company’s tax schedule for submission to the tax consultant, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations on a yearly basis.
13. Financial Data and Information Requests
Address and fulfill requests for financial and accounting information from management or relevant stakeholders as needed.
14. Additional Duties
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the efficient operation of the finance function.
Requirement
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with knowledge of a full set of accounts.
Experience in statutory reporting, including GST, tax, and IRAS filings.
Familiarity with manual accounting processes using Excel.
Highly independent, meticulous, and responsible.
Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
Part-time schedule: expected working hours of 20–30 hours per week.
In-office presence required 2 days a week, with flexibility to discuss and agree on specific days.
Salary ranging from $1,400 to $1,600 per month.
CPF contribution provided in accordance with regulations.

Location: North-east

Office operating hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.
