Title: Head of Growth and Strategic Initiatives

You will be responsible for strategy planningleading business transformation initiatives to drive innovation and scalability. As they embark on our next phase of growth in the company, they are looking for a dynamic leader to be involved in the strategy planning and transformation.
Responsibilities:
This position will lead initiatives in the development and execution of our 5-year strategic plan, while spearheading enterprise-wide change management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities, align business units, and ensure successful transformation outcomes.
You will lead strategic planning efforts to drive long-term growth and competitive advantage and support the development and implementation of the company’s growth strategy and drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. You will lead initiatives to drive large-scale transformation programs, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability. You will also use market insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform growth strategies and act as a change champion, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and resilience.
This position will lead a lean team to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and innovative solutions to enhance business performance. recommendations on emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities. In addition, you will play a key role in leading strategic initiatives including M&A and partnerships. You will also drive the cadence at leadership meetings, including business review.
Requirements:
Ideal Profile:
• 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation roles within a global organisation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise wide transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, and business modeling, with a strong ability to assess the commercial viability of new initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
This role will have high level of visibility and have good career growth trajectory within the organisation.
