YOUR IMPACT
The Operations Director will be instrumental in turbo charging Wingstop’s next phase of growth on our journey achieve Global Flavor Domination. A key decision maker, defining, shaping and executing the growth path for the APAC region as we strive towards the international mission of growing 10X.
The Ops Director will own and build the Operations agenda for the region with consideration for existing markets (SG, IDN, KOR) and upcoming new markets. This is a hands-on leadership role immersed in the business.
Key areas of focus for this role will include: best-in-class operational excellence, driving both consumer and employee experience. Successful restaurant growth in existing markets, exceeding development targets, best in class new market entry, optimizing store design, new market entry, equipment innovation & cost optimization driving value to our Brand Partners (via franchisee network). You should be focused on increasing profitability whilst building out our fast casual brand. A great candidate for this role will have deep operational expertise with strong influencing skills and a passion for developing people. Commercially astute with strategic horse-power.
You will not only provide deep operations and commercial business support but also make sure we meet or exceed revenue and operations targets.
You will have a global mindset and must be a collaborative and energetic relationship builder with a strategic mindset but a passion for detail and execution.
Accountable for the operational performance.
In essence, you will play a critical role defining and driving the business and brand expansion of Wingstop across the APAC region.
The individual should preferably be proficient in both English and other common languages spoke in the APAC region.
