Operations Executive

• Customer forecast planning: Collect, align, and maintain customer forecasts. Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Delivery coordination: Prepare delivery documentation (DO, invoices, packing lists, etc.), manage shipment schedules, and liaise with logistics partners.
• Sales support documentation: Assist the sales team with quotations, order confirmations, client onboarding paperwork, and other documentation tasks.
• Account management: Act as the day-to-day contact for clients—addressing queries, managing expectations, and following through on deliverables.
• Internal liaison: Serve as the key bridge between clients and internal departments like sales, supply chain, and finance.
• Continuous improvement: Help identify workflow improvements and support smoother operational processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or account management
• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with regional clients and suppliers
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint—you should be comfortable with data handling and professional presentations
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and reliable with strong communication skills
• A customer-first mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines
