The Role and What You'll Do:
The Technology Department is responsible for the operation and support of all IT systems within the company. Asia Pacific IT Support Engineers plays a critical role by directly providing technical assistance to end-users (the percentage of time allocated to helpdesk support is dependent upon seniority), providing timely and quality desktop hardware, software, mobile device troubleshooting, assisting functional groups, and maintaining servers, and network infrastructure at Endeavor events.
Employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and responsiveness. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work well while prioritizing multiple requests. The support engineer is part of a global team with a vested interest in providing excellent support with an ever-present customer service mentality.
Please note this is an initial contract role for 1 year.
Monitor Helpdesk system for inbound issues & ensure all issues are logged and documented
Administer Windows user accounts in Active Directory and email accounts in O365
Provide thoughtful end user computing and support to Windows/Mac, and company proprietary apps for diverse business units
Mobile device management
Training users with new technologies and systems
Collaborate with other Endeavor IT team members and groups on projects and operations
Maintain a flexible approach to work schedule with early starts and late finishes as rotating patterns, subject to business requirements
Adherence to and enforcement of all information security protocols
Organise and onboard new starter equipment and accounts, including account creation, equipment setup, and software installation. Spend 30 minutes with new users, guiding them through authenticator setup, VPN connectivity, changing passwords, and general IT policies and software usage
User termination requests
Setting up and maintaining the AV rooms
Perform preliminary server administration and manage the network connectivity
Setting up and administer Cisco IP telephony
Ensuring that all hardware assets are updated promptly and accurately in the inventory management system
Help deploy and support new technologies to address business needs
Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and who can integrate well at all levels and be able to work independently
A strong ability to remain focused with a professional and flexible attitude while multi- tasking
Willingness to recognize and recommend changes to support procedures and user guidance as part of ongoing improvement

You Have These:
Previous experience in a level one IT support role
Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Office productivity suite
Microsoft Azure Active Directory & Microsoft O365 Admin, including user account administration
Remote access and VPN Configuration and Administration
Enterprise experience in deploying, managing, and supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms
Enterprise Level AV Administration and Support
Set up and support mobile devices and desktop telecommunications
