Ensuring that our clients are attended to professionally.
Ensure that our clients have their enquiries, issues or feedback addressed and resolved within a stricy timeline.
Act as a point of contact between internal department and external clients.
To attend and reply to clients enquires within specific time duration, including handling public feedbacks received via email and telephone. Manage client’s expectation.
To liaise with clients on operational requirements e.g., on pick-up/drop-off locations, materials (e.g., livery, posters) required to place on/in buses, communicate to drivers on client service.
To liaise and communicate clearly with colleagues on the feedback received/changes from client’s requests.
To liaise with clients on submission of ridership reports; consolidate and reimburse taxi claims; arrange drivers to attend clients' training course.
To prepare and submit weekly/monthly report to respective clients.
Deploy on the ground to rectify issue on clients' feedbacks or assist on ground checks.
Requirements
Diploma in any field with at least 1 to 3 years’ experience.
Prior experiences in Customer Service and in transport or logistics would be advantageous.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Computer literacy and well versed in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
