Our client is a private hospital and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive, Clinic Operations to join our Client's team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing business operations, handling data and reports, and monitoring the hospital's P&L (Profit & Loss) to ensure smooth business functioning. The role demands flexibility, business acumen, and an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Management: Oversee the hospital’s operations, ensuring smooth business practices and delivering high-quality results across multiple departments.
  • Data and Reporting: Manage and analyze data, produce detailed reports on performance metrics, and offer insights for improving business strategies.
  • P&L Oversight: Take responsibility for monitoring and managing the hospital’s Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring optimal financial performance and reporting discrepancies.
  • Event Attendance: Attend business-related events, meetings, and networking opportunities outside of regular working hours as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to hospital growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams, including finance, operations, and medical staff, to enhance the hospital's overall performance and strategy.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to ensure operational efficiency and financial profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business management, data analysis, and handling P&L within a healthcare or similar sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability and willingness to attend business-related events outside contractual hours, ensuring flexibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management software, and business reporting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
