Requirements
Job Description
1. Reception duties – Handle calls (within 3 rings), walk-in enquiries, goods receiving, school mails, parcels dispatch etc.
2. Retrieve phone messages and inform respective personnel (first thing in the morning).
3. Attending and addressing pupils’ needs.
4. Assist staff in the loaning of resources.
5. Assist staff in the conducting of surveys.
6. Sorting and ensuring the uniform cupboard is neat and tidy.
7. Any other admin duties or task assigned by Admin Manager (AM), Admin Executive (AE), Operations Manager (OM), School Leaders (SLs) and Key Personnel (KPs)
8. The School may request staff to be involved in urgent and important duties, e.g. During Evacuation, Emergencies
