Drive and deliver Casualty line of business (LoB) P&L in the Asia region
Manage and develop value proposition and drives IP / product development
Oversee geographic / regional LoB pipeline and sales opportunities, working closely with regional business leaders
Lead and develop Casualty proposition across the WTW Asia geography
Manage and develop geographic / regional LoB team and all talent reporting to that team
Coordinate, align and motivate in-country teams to support Casualty objectives
Manage LoB pipeline and sales opportunities working closely with business and LoB heads, Lead Client Relationship Directors, other geographic / regional heads and industry leaders
Oversee geographic / regional marketing efforts
Personally deliver on agreed key clients or target accounts
Financial KPIs
Primary focus on R&B geographic / regional LoB P&L, i.e. revenue growth, direct R&B cost management
Works with other geographic / regional LoB leads, Lead Client Relationship Directors and Broking Leads to drive overall geographic / regional business growth and profitability
Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing people
Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
Strong understanding of Casualty products and client requirements
High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
Strong facilitation skills – able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company
Qualifications
The Requirements
Preferably educated to a degree, or MBA level (or country equivalent), ideally with professional qualifications, e.g. ACII or similar country equivalent and/ or relevant industry experience
Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing people
Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
Strong understanding of Casualty products and client requirements
High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
