Job description:
1. Store building support and store opening support: Responsible for store application materials preparation, store building progress tracking and promotion. Prepare for the opening of the new store, ensure the smooth opening of the store, and output the first day of the opening of the new store and the first week report. Plan and implement the daily maintenance and maintenance of the stock store image.
2 System maintenance: Cooperate with the headquarters to implement various operational support systems, accept the feedback of stores on system use and cooperate with the headquarters to improve.
3. Data analysis: Track the daily sales and operation data of all stores to ensure the normal operation and performance of all stores.
4. Inventory management: Supervise the inventory management of all stores, cooperate with stores to optimize product structure, and ensure the supply of goods and inventory safety.
5. Profit and loss management: Monitor the profit and loss management of each store to ensure the profitability of the store
6. Event planning: plan and export marketing activities and communication plans according to the annual marketing and product rhythm, and be responsible for achieving marketing/sales/rate and other business indicators, including but not limited to the creation of offline theme stores, store opening activities, offline store new products activities, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Have more than 3 years of store management experience, familiar with the operation mode and process of stores.
2. Experience in management of well-known brand stores is preferred.
3. Strong data analysis ability and problem solving ability
4. Have project management ability, plan, track and close the project.
4. Skilled use of office software and store management system, with certain financial knowledge and budget management ability
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
