We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will be reporting into our Director of Product Management. YouTrip has been rapidly growing and scaling, including expanding into new business areas and markets - a huge priority is building a “mini bank” back office with the right tools in place to support our growth. Your work will be instrumental in helping YouTrip to grow and scale, while providing the best experience to our customers. You will need to collaborate cross-functionally as well as with other Product Teams.
You will:
Be the product owner of a high impact team focusing on overall operations process and application development for our fast-growing internal team covering key improvements to our customer support, and financial operation flows
Drive dramatic reduction in customer issues and improvement in internal backoffice tooling and process development
Collaborate with regional teams to account for the unique aspects of operations and needs there
Understand business needs & stakeholders directions, managing resources & lead overall product direction for your team
Plan, prioritize, and define the technical roadmap for scaling and delivering core components of the platform
Be the domain expert on process design, financial automations, reconciliations, and implementation of in-house / open-source / paid operational system stack
Partner with product team, engineering team, and business team to drive key product, technical, and business metrics
Manage and align on key integration partners including financial institutions
You have:
4-7 years of work experience in product management, ideally with exposure to FinTech and process optimisation
Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally on complex issues and delivering clear results around improved turnaround/customer servicing time, operational man-hour reduction, and customer satisfaction
It will be a bonus if you have experience with financial systems and reconciliation as well
Strong knowledge of financial system integrations and development
Technical or strong business analyst backgrounds are desirable
