Key Responsibilities:
Label Printing: Print and prepare product labels, shipping labels, or any other required labels.
Ensure the accuracy of labels before distribution or shipment.
Simple Accounting: Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing payments, and reconciling records.
Maintain accurate financial records and update spreadsheets as needed.
Invoice Distribution: Manage and distribute invoices to clients and vendors via email, post, or other communication channels.
Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner and follow up on overdue payments.
Liaison with Transportation Company: Coordinate with the transportation company to schedule shipments and deliveries.
Communicate with drivers and logistics staff to ensure that delivery schedules are met.
Handle any issues that arise during transportation, ensuring smooth communication between the company and the transportation service.
Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from clients, vendors, and other departments.
Organize office paperwork, files, and data entry tasks.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
