高薪聘请工地经理，能够每天接送工人上下班，安排工人工作。能与主承包商良好沟通，熟悉设计图纸，施工程序，制定落实施工计划，按时按量高标准完成施工任务。负责工地预算，工程结算。有长期的工地管理经验。能够熟练地使用中英文，懂得简单的孟加拉和印度语。

Hire a site manager with a high salary, who can pick up and drop off workers every day and arrange their work. Be able to communicate well with the main contractor, be familiar with the design drawings and construction procedures, formulate and implement the construction plan, and complete the construction tasks on time and to high standards. Be responsible for the site budget and project settlement. Have long-term site management experience. Be able to use Chinese and English fluently, and understand simple Bengali and Hindi.
