Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all policy processing activities for the Singapore Commerical Insurance business.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input into the local booking system in accordance with rules and guidelines.
- Support team members during peak renewal and busy periods.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of policy processing activities.
- Respond to enquiries within guidelines, answering questions and solving problems as needed.
- Assist the Underwriting Services Manager in various projects aimed at improving policy processing and underwriting procedures and systems.
- Assist in system support for UAT and defects testing to ensure smooth system implementation and improvements.
- Handle queries and investigate reconciliation discrepancies as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder/ fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably with Commercial Insurance experience or knowledge, including reinsurance.
- Understanding of insurance operation workflows and processes is preferred.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is an advantage.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Meticulous, with a 'can do' attitude.
- Willingness to learn and a motivated individual.
- Ability to work both in a team and individually with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in a multi-national environment.
