Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our young, dynamic team. If you are a responsible, organized and at the same time communicative person who wants to gain valuable experience, read on.

Main purpose of this job is tosupport the implementation of internal and external demands from customers. Ensure business continuity and support our team and area.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Active participation in teams activities
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and events
• Ordering of office supplieswithin company rules
• Handle phone and email communications, including screening calls and responding to inquiries
• Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
• Creation of settlements
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient business operations and engaging in team activities
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  
  

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Areuniversity student(Bachelor's degree)
• Speak English on Upper intermediate (B2) level
• Are flexible, willing to help, responsible, proactive, with strong work ethic, detail-oriented and you know how toprioritize tasks effectively
• Are team-player with strong communication skills
• German language is an advantage, not necessary

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate.

Base salary will not be lower than 5,00 € brutto per hour.

• Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
