Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist (To be based in Vienna, Austria)



Role Description

Enery is an independent renewable energy provider dedicated to supplying its customers with reliable, affordable, long-term green energy. With a diversified green fleet currently generating almost 700 GWh of clean electricity from 490 MW and powering 277 706 households, Enery is at the forefront of driving the CEE region’s transition to sustainable energy. The company’s ambitious plans include ongoing development projects with more than 8 GW in 11 countries. With its diverse and multidisciplinary team of 30 nationalities, Enery is focusing on developing, constructing, and operating renewable energy projects by integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into every aspect of day-to-day business.


Considering our plans, we are opening new positions and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support us on finding new colleagues.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Manage employer branding initiatives
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Collaborate with external partners, recruitment agencies, and universities to build talent pipelines
  • Support HR projects related to workforce planning and talent development



What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the renewable energy, engineering, or technology sector
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with ATS software and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Passion for sustainability and interest in the renewable energy sector
