What you will be doing:

⚙️ Bring Systems to Life

  • Support the activation and commissioning of systems — from powering up to fine-tuning performance.
  • Carry out on-site checks to verify functionality and ensure everything runs as intended.
  • Collaborate with project teams to make sure systems are handed over in full working order.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues during commissioning to ensure a clean and reliable launch.

📋 Capture the Story

  • Document commissioning results and service actions in digital forms, checklists, or reports.
  • Maintain clear records of system configurations, updates, and issue history.
  • Contribute insights from the field or remote platforms to help improve system reliability and user experience.

🌐 Monitor, Manage, and Maintain

  • Use remote tools and platforms to track system status, performance, and alerts across multiple sites.
  • Analyze data logs and dashboards to detect early signs of malfunction or deviation.
  • Coordinate on-site interventions only when necessary, based on remote diagnostics.
  • Schedule or trigger preventive tasks and firmware updates from a central interface.

🤝 Be the On-Site (and Remote) Expert

  • Represent the technical side of the project both on-site during commissioning and remotely during operation.
  • Provide guidance to field teams or clients using clear, actionable communication.
  • Stay alert to system behavior and always prioritize safety, uptime, and performance.
