Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician at AI Corporate LTD in Wednesbury. The IT user support technicians are responsible for providing technical support, advice and guidance for internal/external users of IT systems and applications, either directly or by telephone, e-mail or other network interaction
• Addressing hardware and software problems, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions.
• Assisting internal and external clients with technical issues related to computers, networks, and software applications.
• Setting up new hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and network devices.
• Performing regular maintenance on computer systems, including updates, patches, and backups.
• Keeping records of support requests, solutions provided, and maintaining technical documentation for future reference.
• Educating users on how to use new technologies or software effectively.
• Assisting with network configuration, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and maintaining network security.
• Working with other IT staff to implement new systems or technologies and to improve overall IT service delivery.
