We're seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant (Trading) to join our London-based team, focusing on quantitative trading, algorithmic strategies, and financial modeling, trading and Portfolio Manager positions.
Who You Are:
- Proven track record as a recruiter in Finance/ trading or investment banking (agency preferred), Quantitative Trading, or FinTech
- Experience recruiting for positions involving algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling, traders or PMs
- Strong understanding of asset classes and investment strategies
- Agile and adaptive recruiter, thriving in fast-paced trading environments
- Strong history of collaborating with candidates and clients in the market
- Passionate about leveraging data insights to drive recruitment success
- Excellent at prioritizing in a dynamic, multi-faceted trading recruiter role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute effective recruitment campaigns for assigned trading positions
- Utilize AI-driven platforms for innovative candidate sourcing and engagement practices
- Conduct in-depth talent mapping for high-caliber trading professionals on our platforms
- Implement scalable processes for outstanding candidate and client experiences
- Drive DEIB initiatives to support inclusive hiring in trading roles
- Provide expert guidance on market trends in Quantitative Trading and Algorithmic Strategies
- Stay current with latest developments in trading technologies and methodologies
- assist mentor junior recruiters on trading recruitment best practices
