Key Accountabilities
Role
The specific accountabilities of this flexible role may alter from time to time in order to meet the needs of the business / client, but accountabilities will include (or be equivalent in nature to) those listed below:
- Provide support to the team, to ensure that the company operates and develops effectively for the benefit of our clients. For example:
- Scheduling of service and remedial works
- Checking and issuing jobs cards to customers
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers, providing work and purchase orders
- Ordering and processing of stock
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Provide day to day support to engineers as required to enable prompt and effective execution of their work.
- Provide a point of contact service for Allsaved Ltd, triaging calls and emails to colleagues.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team colleagues and external partners/organisations through effective interaction, sound communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Challenge existing practices and generate ideas and solutions, recognising and balancing risks with reward, meeting agreed timescales.
- Maintain a high representation of the Allsaved brand, through exceptional personal and professional standards (including Allsaved equipment, materials and vehicles).
- Remain up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organisational procedures, policies and professional codes of conduct in order to uphold standards of best practice.
- Ensure full compliance to all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives, Personal Protective Equipment, Accident Reporting as well as internal Allsaved safety standards.

Role Demands
- Scheduling experience is essential, within the fire industry is desirable
- Initiative to organise own workload and respond to unanticipated problems
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to deal with a variety of customers and tasks
