Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office and provide administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, clerical skills, and proficiency in various office tasks. This is a part-time position with regular office hours from 10:00 to 15:30.

Key responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Use computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Assist with office tasks including Microsoft Office SuiteGoogle Suite applications
- Type and prepare documents accurately
- Support administrative tasks including invoicing

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computerised systems
- Knowledge of Google Suite applications and Microsoft Office Suite for office tasks
- Data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency
- Administrative experience handling various tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic invoicing

Pay: £16,250.00-£16,900.00 per year
