Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a qualified Paint Technician. As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation and spraying of accident damaged vehicles to their original condition using state of the art equipment. joining a team of well established skilled Panel Beaters and MET technicians. The contract is for 40 hours but can be worked over either 4 or 5 days at £35,000 plus an excellent performance related bonus paid monthly, plus overtime offering an uncapped OTE with potential earnings of £75,000

Qualifications

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• At least 2 years experience within the role and references
• Proficiency in assessing vehicle damage and selecting appropriate repair methods
• Knowledge of vehicle construction and functionality
• Ability to use various tools and equipment for repair work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• A full driving licence
