We have opportunities open for residential workers, which includes part time, nights or relief posts on a shift rota basis.
You would ideally have sound knowledge of Autism and Disabilities, previous experience within residential care, SEND, Education, early years or help.
Within the role you will be required to keywork children and support families. Administration and IT skills, ability to manage files and compiling reports. In addition, supporting the home in meeting its regulative requirements.
We are looking for people to develop and sustain positive relationships with young people and play an active role in service delivery.
You will need to provide care to young people between 7 to 18 years with a diagnosis of Learning disability and Autism with associated learning needs.
