Blackthorn Health Centre, a semi-rural Practice in Southampton, is looking for enthusiastic Medical Receptionists to join our team.
The Practice is a busy, friendly, training practice serving 18,000 patients on the Hamble Peninsula near the beautiful Hamble River on the south coast.
The post is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for 20-25 hours per week.
All applicants need to be able to work a combinations of morning / afternoon / early evening shifts.
The successful candidates will have the ability to communicate effectively and work on their own initiative, as well as within a team environment. Be capable of working under pressure, have a can-do attitude, be empathetic, conscientious and have good computer skills. They would also need to be flexible towards overtime and additional shifts, due to annual leave, etc.
Previous NHS experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
