Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant.
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
• A strong understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences is essential.
