Call Assist works with many companies providing a rescue service on their behalf, either behind their brand or under the Call Assist Rescue brand. Anyone who has broken down on a busy motorway or suffered an accident late at night can relate to our motivation in taking the stress away from our customers and professionally manage the situation in a considerate manner.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • GEM Reclaim handling.
  • Reimbursement claims handling.
  • High Net Worth Reimbursement claims handling.
  • PAYG invoice processing.
  • PAYG invoice finalising.
  • PAYG debt chasing.
  • Taking payment from customers’.
  • Generating and sending PAYG receipts to customers’.
  • Assisting customers’ with their queries over the phone or via email.
  • Processing the customer payments run.
  • Processing PAYG refunds via CABS and VICO.

Working Hours

The core hours for this role are 9am – 5:30pm, based in the centre of Colchester.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Work Location: In person
